This car does include the front side mount fenders, the hood, the rear trunk lid, the rear bumper, the dashboard with the gauges, the Banjo steering wheel, but no engine or transmission. This car does have a Vin plate, but No Title. This car will make a great parts car or a good street rod. Senior Packard parts cars are hard to find. This car is sold as is and does roll and steer.
