Description of 1954 Packard

Hello all, I am selling my 1954 Packard Panama 2 door hardtop. This car has factory power steering, brakes, antenna, wonderbar radio(not working)My good friend acquired this car at an auction in New Braunfels Texas in 1977. He brought it home and never drove it once until I restored the car for the 100th anniversary show in Warren Ohio in 1999. This is a rust free car. No holes anywhere...ever. As you will see in the pictures this car has an awesome paint job, and still shines like the day it was applied. I blocked this car 7 times before we sprayed it with sikkens paint. It is not detailed at all in the pictures. The car has a senior grill. The engine was built with the meticulous care that I would put into any of my racing engines, fully balanced and blueprinted, 5 angle valve job. It runs absolutely smooth. The ultramatic transmission was rebuilt at the same time. All rubber components were replaced in the front end. The seats are in very good condition, the white part of the upholstery is real leather and the factory green broquet has no rips at all. The car has about 3000 miles since all of this was done in 1999. Although it has no major leaks it does seep kinda everywhere. The car is not perfect and needs a good detailing and new rubber seals around the doors, but shows extremely well. If you're interested, don't hesitate to call me or come see the car in person. The title was lost years ago. It will come with a bill of sale. NO TITLE! The car has been sitting around for the last few years, I have always kept fresh gas in it so that i could move it around easily. that beind said it could use some fresh brakes and new tires. The bias ply tires are not cracked and still look like new but i always drove it on radials....so much nicer!
