this is a nice 1966 PLYMOUTH SATELLITE. i have owned it for 9 years. still has the original certicard in it. sold from Castle motors in Paramu, J. it was repainted 7 years ago to close to the original citron gold metallic color. i replaced the carpet, ront and rear door panels, oor handles inside and out. replaced the rear tail light housing pieces about 5 years ago. water pump replaced in 2012. bought new magnum wheels in 2008, here is some small pits and small blemishes on areas of the rims. i replaced all the rubber moldings for the doors, runk and hood when i had the car painted. i had the front bumper re-chromed. also put in a new trunk liner about 5 years ago. tires are coker red line bias ply that are now 11 years old. seats are original with a small rip in the rear seat. i added front and rear seat belts. the car originally had a 273 in it. the guy i bought it from put a 340 from a plymouth duster in it. i added rear air shocks. the guy i got it from put in a new holley 4bl with an edelbrock single plane intake manifold on it. I an not an engine expert, ut here is what he wrote about the engine when i bought it--"engine has a MOPAR .450/.455 lift cam 268/272 duration. transmission is a 727 and works great. the 8.75 has 3.91 gears. front end has just been rebuilt with a Polygraphite Super Front End kit from PST. has a heavy duty PST sway bar." i also have the shop manual for this car. as you can see in pictures there is some bubbling around the driver side door at the bottom, nd some around the trim near the left rear wheel. radio does not work but i put an am/fm radio under the driver seat and connects to the speaker. The trim pieces that run from the turn signals to the rear are aluminum and would need to be annodized to shine bright. i have a copy of the original production record which breaks down the VIN and lists the options on this car. the temp gauge does not work and the fuel gauge only goes to half even when tank is full. heat, ipers and lights work. this car does not have a window washer fluid tank. there is some slight paint bubbling on the lower part of the passanger door. there is a picture of this on the left door . it is less than what is on the left door. the rear floor pans were replaced when i had it painted 7 years ago. someone asked about the antennae, t is not original, t screws on and off if needed to put a cover on the car. please look closely at the pictures, can also send other pix if needed. i have won some trophies at some local shows and cruise ins over the years. - no best of shows, ut some top 20. great car to drive and lots of looks from people. $500 paypal deposit at end of auction. you can then mail me a personal check or money order, r bank check for the remainder. then after it clears i will let you know and you can get the car. i am located about 15 minutes west of richmond, a. contact me if you want to look at car. thanks
