I purchased this 1948 Plymouth Special Deluxe convertible from the original owner who purchased it brand new in 1948. He is still alive at a young 89 years old. He owned the car for 68 years and always kept it garaged in heated storage from day one. It has very low original miles, 8270 and runs like new. He owned the Ludwick Motor Sales, lymouth Desoto Dealership in Pottsville, A. I have included photos of this dealership for your viewing. I have the original 1948 Dealer invoice when the car was purchased brand new at Ludwick Motors. I also have the original owners manual and dealer showroom, nd 1948 sales brochure. Mint chrome everywhere, orgeous stainless steel, int 1948 original braid cloth interior, ull spare with jack. Original low mileage flat head 216 CI Six cylinder motor, ith all matching numbers from day one. Original trans, ear end with a mirror gloss beautiful burgundy exterior paint. This car drives like new with all gauges working like new, ncluding the clock and radio. The top goes up and down very fast just like new. All window glass is mint original. Just too too much too list!! Motor runs smooth with no smoke or issues. Shifts like new stops on a dime, ith great all new brakes.
