This GTX was purchased new by my brother for his 17th birthday and was delivered at Howard Motors, New Orleans, LA on July 31, 1967 and has been in the family ever since. The car was driven until 1981 when my brother put it into storage in his garage. It was there for 24 years and I got the car in 2005. After I got the car I did a full bare metal repaint and mechanical and interior restoration, leaving much of the underside of the car in survivor condition. I have every paper from day one including the invoice, loan paperwork, payment book, first license plate and almost every registration since new. The car has its original engine, A833 four speed, Inland shifter, Dana 60 3:55 Sure Grip. The four speed cars came with a dual point distributor which I have and the original Carter AFB. This car has survived and has been taken care of since day one.
