Description of 1969 Pontiac GTO

Very nice original 69 GTO Judge fully documented and original matching numbers car originally purchased in Roanoke Virginia bya lady who owned the car for many years. Car was ordered without a hood tach which is documented and insteadhas an in dash tachometer. Nicely optioned with power steering power disc brakes close ratio Muncie 4spd safe-t-track differential am/fm rear speaker retractable headlamp covers rh and lh vanity mirrors cluster and tachometer rally gauges custom sport grip steering wheel console deck lid release soft ray glass luggage lamp and HD radiator. Has build sheet and ALL PHS DOCUMENTS original owners manual brochures and many documents on anything done to the car over the years. Car just has tons of documents and mileage is also documented. If you are looking for a rotisserie restored trailer queen keep looking....This is an original car with ALL ORIGINAL SHEET METAL no mud or rust issues ever car has been impeccably kept over the years and previous owner before me was a car collector andBaltimore lawyer who's father was a district court judge...how cool is that. Car was repainted in the 90's and still is very nice and I would say considering age etc. its an 8.5-9 on a 1-10. Car is arrow straight panel fit and alignment is excellent all seams and gaps are factory no door sag or issues you can tell its a real 80k mile car that is super tight and drives like new. Has its original JA coded wheels and original spare tire and jack everything on the car works as it should except radio. The floors and trunk are exceptionally nice never any patch work just dry and original. Car does not leak fluids like most this age shifts like butter and is a total pleasure to drive. Functional Ram Air works perfect and car runs like a bear with tons of torque and is smooth as glass. Most everything on the car is original the carpet was replaced seats are super nice as well as the original dash with no cracks or imperfections. The front is not stressed cracked and near perfect and headlights open and close fast with no issues. The lawyer that owned the car died several years ago and I purchased the carin his estate sale. Before I took delivery his widow had their mechanic who is also a classic car collectorgo over the car bumper to bumper and replaced anything that it needed changed all fluids and on and on. I have the receipt and car has less than 1000 miles in the last several years. Always garaged this car is a pure time capsule and would definitely be a survivor candidate except for 1 repaint. Anyone can restore one of these cars with all the repro bs but they are only original once. I have pictures of vin # on block and the WS code above it. Trans is also original to car.
