1979 Pontiac Trans Am. Automatic. Paint color is the original Mayan Red. Probably redone sometime in the last 10 years. Excellent gloss and shine with only minor defects. Not pristine and flawless, ut awesome as the rare occasional daily driver. Not 100% sure if it is the original, ut the motor is the correct 403 Olds, .6 liter. Has Flowmaster exhaust, delbrock intake and the engine has a mild cam and sounds, uns and shifts out great! Vehicle has factory AC, ut currently does not have a compressor on it to be functional. It has pretty consistent lines and has been restored sometime in the past prior to me purchasing it. Certainly not a frame off restoration, ut one that undoubtedly turns heads and commands attention literally everywhere it goes. Tires are pretty new and have ample tread life left as it is not driven much. I have owned the vehicle for 4 years and have added a new Holley 658 Street Avenger carb, new radiator, ater pump, tarter, attery and other little basics like plugs and new T.A. tips. Interior seems to be mostly original, ut seats look to be recovered at some point. The vehicle has the expected leak here and there(power steering and a little oil), ut only minor ones and the t-top's leak and could use new seals. Still has the original build sheet. There are no warranties expressed, ritten or implied. I would suggest anyone bidding to do their due diligence and see and drive the car for themselves. My interpretation, ppreciation and standard of this vehicle may be more than the next guy's, ut then again it may be less. Nonetheless, s stated above, t gets outrageous compliments and jaw dropping attention everywhere it goes. Vehicle is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end auction early as a result.
