Description of 1961 Pontiac Catalina Safaru

You are bidding on a 1961 Pontiac Catalina Safari Staion wagon with Factory 389 cubic inch Tri Power motor! The car is PHS (pontiac Historical Society) Documented! These are very rare with only a little over 500 Station Wagons having the Tri-Power engine! This car is very complete except for the instrument panel (as you can see in the pictures). It has the Born with original CO coded 389 Tri-Power engine with automatic transmission. It even still has the original carbs and air cleaner. This car is very restoreable but does have rust and will need a total restoration. The car does not curretnly run or drive, nd has no brakes. The car was sold new at Griffin Motor Co. in Monroe North Carolina. It spents it whole life in North Carolina but is currently located in Tennessee.
