Up for auction is a PHS documented 4 speed Starlight Black '79 T/A SE. One of 1107 made. Let me start by saying it is NOT matching numbers. The engine and trans were missing when purchased over 20 yrs. ago by the current owner. It sat in dry storage until 3 yrs. ago when the car was painted, pholstered and therebuilt drivetrain was installed. The body has 67,xxx miles on it. The engine has only break in miles on it. Tires and mufflers are new.It was purchased new in Santa Fe, M and has spent it's whole life in the dry southwest. It has all it's original body panels and floorpans, xtremely rust free. The engine is a mid '70's 400 Pontiac with an aftermarket cam, t's equipped with a/c, needs charged) tilt, ear defog, m/fm 8-track(dash is cut for aftermarket radio but we have a period correct am/fm 8-track for it), ower antenna,(not working), wdb, lack cloth interior, -tops, "snowflake wheels and 3.23 posi. The car is a great, river quality, un car. It's not a nut and bolt restored trailer queen, his car was built to be driven and enjoyed and is priced accordingly.
