This is a second owner 1986 Pontiac Grand Prix LE rear wheel drive car with a 5.0L (305) engine with only 89230 original miles on it. This car was purchased in 1987 by my mom and is a true little old lady car in that she only drove it back and forth to work and maintained it faithfully. It was repainted professionally in the 90's with a Polyurethane base and clear top coat which is now flaking off. The car was parked in her open sided garage since the day she bought it but it does have some signs of rust peeking through in the trunk area and a bubble on the roof. (see pics) The car has been parked for the last ten years under the before mentioned garage having been driven very little during that time in order to keep the battery up. With the exception of a much needed tune up and fresh gas the car drives exceptionally strong. A new battery has been installed and the tires were bought new just before she parked it with no signs of age on them. The color is burgundy with a red/burgundy interior. Unfortunately the car does have minor issues listed elsewhere in this auction info as can be expected from an '86 car. As for any repairs over the years, know of only a few issues that had this car in the local dealers shop which was an intake manifold leak, n air conditioner failure, radiator leak and an alternator failure, ll of which were replaced and/or fixed by the local GM dealer. A very tight car with a solid tight motor and many miles left to give for the right buyer. This is a local pick up only auction located in central Florida (45 miles north of Orlando) but I am open to suggestions or questions that will help assist buyer. Ask any questions before bidding.
