air conditionercompressor was locked up I still have it. I removed it to work on somethin, id not fix so did notput back on. I have an original shop manual that goes with car to fix some things I did not. I concentrated on making it dependable to drive and not worry about breaking down. wetake on 100 mile trips when weather permits. great smooth powerful ride. heater does not work or gas gage, right mileage down and refill gas tank every 150 miles, hink it may just need sending unit. car has all original power train. 5 new tires including spare. new belt, ose, uel pump. new brakes, xcept master cylinder, orking fine. complete tune up. has 600 cfm edelbrock carburetor. electronic ignition distributor, o need to worry about points. you have to use high grade fuel and lead supplemen, igh compression engine. no play in steering, ow miles, nly 36000 miles. I will add more info as I think of it. you can look at pics ask questions, ome look and drive. you can call 803-707-2452. no floor board or trunk problems. transmission selector needle is stuck in N. just feel and count the gears. good solid gates in transmission selector. turbo hydra matic PG-67-57331. engine is 400 ci Pontiac, erial number is YF397352, ompression ratio is 10.5, 25 horse power. rear end is stamped L286 8787888. has factory single exhaust, o exhaust leaks.
