i am listing my 1976 Trans Am 400 4 speed. I have to many cars so I need to sell a few. This is a great car to finish out. It is a 72,xxx original mile car I think it is a 2 owner car. The car is all original to my knowledge except I think it has a rebuilt 1967 or 1968 Pontiac 400 motor in it instead of the original motor. This motor has a lot more horsepower than the original. I believe all the rest of the drivetrain is original I also think it has all the original body panels. I am no body expert but I think they are. The only rust I was aware of was in the front fenders but the guy before me put some metal back into them. He was a body guy and said the car needs very little more body work and it is ready for paint. This Trans Am was originally a rare Silver color with red interior combo. It is a great color combo. Interior is all original never replaced it will need carpet and some dying and seat covers if you restore it to a show car. The car runs and drives great. I have drove it 3 hours one way before. It has the deluxe interior which is super comfortable. Let me know if you have any questions. These Trans Ams are starting to climb in value a lot and the 4 speeds are always more desirable. The honeycomb rims need repainted and the tires need replaced. The trunk has been restored and looks great. The floors also seem very nice. This car is being sold as is without any warranties.
