Description of 1968 Pontiac Le Mans |
up for grabs is a stunning 1968 lemans convertible. it has power steering. power brakes. and power convertible top. the original 350 engine was replaced with a 71 400 before i got the car. the original powerglide trans is still there. the black interior is near perfect. all it really needs is a new dash pad. this is NOT a hot rod. it has been kept bone stock right down to the 2bbl carb. its very dependable and easy to drive. the old school dual exhaust with glass packs has a very nostalgic tone. she also sports a set of 90S era aluminum wheels. original bucket seats with console shift. it gets lots of looks. questions and thumbs up around town. has been garage kept since it was restored so the paint is still in excellent shape. the top has no tears or rips. it could use a small adjustment on the passenger side(see pics). i never worried about it because i never drive it in the rain. aside from that and the dash pad there are no issues im aware of. could easily cloned to a gto. i always like to be different. so id leave it alone. I meant to replace them with gto lenses but never got around to it. I can be reached at 806_223-9963. If you have any questions.
