1983 Pontiac Firebird · Trans Am Hatchback 2D Geraldine, MT 1983 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 5.L 305 V-8 (with Cross-Fire Injection) automatic transmission 96070 miles (additional miles may be added since still driving) Runs and drives see video link below This is a restoration/project car. I have addressed some of the more complex problem areas associated with these 3rd generation Pontiac Firebirds/or Camaros: • replaced the in-tank fuel pump by dropping the exhaust system, suspension and tank • rebuilt and lubed door latches, installed new door handles (inner and outer) Car would be a purists dream-most items are intact/original (smog control, air cleaners, suspension, interior etc.) Body, floorboards etc. are rust free - some surface rust on bottoms of doors.
