1970 firebird, has a 1970 400 code WT-9799914 block bored 60 over with about 2000 miles since rebuild. Has 1-3 heads, ram air exhaust manifolds rebuilt carb and rebuilt fuel pump with newer exhaust system. The transmission is a turbo 400 with shift kit and the rear end is a 12 bolt COS code 3.31 posi. I just replaced the solenoids in the oem functioning hood scoop and works good. The car was restored about 15 years ago and all the bushing, ball joints, front springs, shocks, body bushings, radiator, condenser, blower motor, heater core, were replaced. The body and paint was also done at that time. It still looks good but does have flaws, cracks in Endura bumper, a few runs, dust nib's, chips, dings, etc. It has a quick ratio steering box, 1.25 front sway bar,.812 rear sway bar. The tires look good but are over 12 years old. The whole brake system was replaced recently. The car runs, drives, handles, stops and sound great. The interior looks good, all gauges work except the clock. All directionals, running lights, brake lights, back up and head lights work. I never finished hooking up the a/c but all the brackets, condenser and wiring harness is there but still needs a drier, compressor and a couple of hoses to finish also the horn doesn't work.
