Please have your funds ready. 1968 911 Targa. 2 owners. Purchased new in Virginia Beach. We purchased this car from the second owner. He purchased the car in 1975 in Virginia with 60k miles on it. He maintained it here in Binghamton NY by a local Porsche mechanic. Records are sparse but oil changes were done every 3000 miles. Car is fairly solid as show as shown in pics. Paint is poor. chrome etc are average at best. Rubber seals are original. Car was originally red. Front and rear unibody has not been a structural impact of any sort based on our examination. Drivability of the car is good. regular wind noise. Tire are good. Brakes are good. Engine starts up. Idle is good; oil pressure is 20-25 psi at idle and revs up to 60-80 psi. Turn signals and lights work. We drove the car up to 80 mph. Ran strong. Ignition switch sticks so it is a quirky start. but starts once you figure how to start it. Has oil leak in the engine. Has the spare. jack. tool kit and carb synchronizer for the Webbers. After market stereo system. Car can be inspected by appointment. Bid with absolute confidence.
