Description of 1983 Porsche 911

1983 911 SC-California car, lways garaged and 2 owner vehicle since new. I have owned this car for approximately 25 years and have all service records and receipts documentingsince I purchased the car. The car has sat for the last 15 years in the garage, aken out on weekends to keep the battery charged and in working condition. Car is in excellent running condition. It currently is not registeredbecause of non-use. All major upgrades have been completed such as short-shifter kit install, hain tension replacement andpop-off valve installation. Current mileage is 241,548 but engine was taken apart and a major over-haul was done at 230,738 miles. Car has new tires (purchased this year) and have less than 3000 on them.

Recent major service work ($2,800-May 2015)includes Tie-Rod replacements, ront end alignment, ront brakes replaced and bled, alve adjustments, il change, gnition cable replaced, ew braided ignition wire set, ew spark plugs, otor and rotor cap replaced.

Prior recent repairs include the following at 230,738 (repair cost $8,257)miles-replace rear rotors and pad, emove engine, eplace broken head studs, ings, earings, hains and valves, lutch and clutch fork.

Repair and inspect engine dis-assemble(140,184)and replaced rod bearings, am chains and guides, ings and valve guides, eface valve seats and valves, eplace intake connector hoses. Install Carrera chain tensioners, eplace front and rear shocks. Replaced sound padding in engine bay, eplaced right hand cam shaft-cost was ($5801)

Original color was white with tan interior including carpeting. Repainted Porsche red in 2003 at a cost of $7,470 and changed the carpeting color from tan to black. Items still needed are replacing the seals on the sunroof.
