Description of 1977 Porsche 911 S |
I have a very solid former IMSA race car. 1977 911S Vin 9117201361 shell. It is well preserved rust free and looking to be put back into service! This car last raced in 1996 at the Sebring 12 Hr in the GT2 bodywork seen below. Car comes with RSR 3.8 wing and everything pictured. The cage is very extensive and still wears IMSA tech stickers. Located in Upstate NY.Thanks for your interest, he tub is completely rust free. Very solid noStructural issues. Here are some of the details below. Full Lexan front and rearwindshields. Everything that can be fibreglass is. Fenders, ood deck bumpers etc. All in all in very good shape. The car is on casters that have been made to fit the air jack points. No suspension. To be honest I'm not sure what make of body panels are on the car but the fibreglass work looks good. The main driver was Bohdan Kroczek In regards to documents we have tech stickers, ormer mechanic confirmation, urosport was the sponsor for 1990-96 and the drivers name decal is still in the car. Plus if you search his name you will see a picture of this car from 1996 at Sebring where it finished 50th. If you have any questions please let me know. I think this is a great chassis that can't be built for close to this price. Adding on to it the limited known history makes it a very interesting race car.
