Vehicle Overview
1963 Porsche 356B S90 T6 Coupe Chassis No. 213750 Engine No. 805743 Unrestored 356B as the Ideal Tourer, Outlaw or future Restoration Candidate Delivered in the Highly Desired Slate Grey over Red Livery #50 Stamped Body Panels & 1962 Date Coded Wheels Verified by Porsche factory Kardex & Certificate of Authenticity Final Year 356B with much Desired T-6 Body and 1600 "S90" Engine Chassis no. 213750 was completed in May of 1963 as a U.S. Specification Super 90 Coupe, destined to it first owner Mr. Paul Sikouski of Chattanooga, Tennessee through famed dealer Brumos in Jacksonville, Florida. Factory delivered in Slate Grey (6201) over Red Leatherette, this particular car appears to have been restored, but rather maintained as a road-worthy driver. According to the Porsche factory Kardex, the coupe was lightly equipped with chrome wheels, Dunlop tires and prized a 356BS90 engine (Note: the engine # does not match the COAor Kardex but it is a correct 356B Super 90 engine). The 356 retains many original pieces including numbered trim, lenses, door panels/surrounds, period Blaupunkt radio and stamped (50) front/rear latches, 1962 date coded wheels and more. The cosmetics have seasoned well, showing age on older paint and upholstery work, but certainly capable of being enjoyed as it is. The front luggage compartment is sparse with jack assembly and wrench, while the engine bay reveals a 1963 "Super 90" 1600cc engine with an average of 179 psi compression on all cylinders. The underside shows wear from years of normal use and we note that there are some areas of corrosion (pictured) that could be addressed, but overall the floors remain intact. This 356 should garner quite a bit of attention among enthusiasts for use as an ideal tourer, outlaw or future restoration candidate. These Porsche models have long been known to provide years of reliable motoring, and this late T6 Super 90, from 22 years of previous ownership, is now available for continued enjoyment and worldwide delivery.
