Description of 1974 Porsche 911

1974 Porsche 911 . Yes....it's a Franken Porsche. Started with a solid 1974 Coupe shell that was chemically stripped to bare metal. The door lock posts and the front suspension pan were all that had rust and were replaced. 993 Body Kit from Better Bodies Motorsports professionally painted 2012 Meteor Gray Metallic. Chevy LS2 6.0 Liter Aluminum block engine installed with Renegade Hybrids conversion kit (70lbs lighter than original flat 6), the engine came from a 2006 GTO with 3000 mi. GM performance parts stand alone ECM. Kevlar Clutch. Rebuilt gearbox from a 1986 turbo 911 (good for up to 750hp) and Hargett Precision shifter.
All suspension bearings, seals, etc. are new. All new suspension parts include: Front Struts, Sway-A-Way 22mm front Torsion Bars Bilstein sport shocks, Elephant Racing Swing arm Mono ball kit, Rebel Racing rear coil over conversion, adjustable rear Spring Plates. Elephant Racing adjustable sway bars front and rear. Boxter brake conversion.
I'll try to get some pictures of the interior, it is not finished but is 100% custom: Carbon fiber floor, leather trim, DAS Sport Roll Bar, rear seat delete, Head liner is installed, 5 point racing harnesses. All glass is included including brand new front windshield. New window and door seals. All exterior lights, rebuilt pedals, aftermarket leather seats.
It needs the interior finished, the fuel tank mounted, lights and glass installed, clutch linkage and turbo axle need to be sourced. The front wing was damaged while towing and needs to be refinished. I've got new digital gauges but the originals are also included. Boxes of parts to get it towards completion.
It's a big project for the right person who wants to sort it out. If it doesn't sell after a couple of listings I might consider offers, or I'll just start parting it out and sell it as a tub. Any type of payment has to clear the bank before taking possession. transporting/shipping is the buyers responsibility. Please feel free to ask any questions about details.
