The Daytona Spyder replica gained it's fame when it was used in the 1st,2nd & 3rd seasons of the Hottest Cop Show of 80s "Miami Vice". The black car driven by Don Johnson aka Sonny Crockett was also a replica built on a C3 Corvette. Fer@ri executives were not pleased that one of their products was being represented on TV by a replica, so the Daytona was eventually destroyed on-screen and replaced with an Original Testarossa (newest model at the time).
Daytona replicas are even more rare than the originals, as fewer were produced. Original Daytona Spyders now sell for prices in excess of a million dollars.

This astounding recreation of the timeless Classic Daytona Spyder features a combination of the elegance of timeless Italian Styling & the time tested American Corvette foundation & drive line.

The immaculate exterior is Blue Metallizato and the interior was Custom made to resemble the Original Daytona Spyder dressed with the finest quality Cream and Black Connolly Leather (Like New condition). The Daytona style dash is wrapped in New Black Suede with the ignition key on dash as seen on the original Daytona. The black Convertible Top is wrapped in Imported German Happic Cloth with black boot cover. Black Finetuft Velour was used for carpet.
