Available today is a gorgeous Ferrari Daytona Spyder 365 GTB replica. This beauty was built in 2014 with approx. $100K INVESTED. Vehicle has only been driven 2,905 +/- miles since being completed in 2014.

The Daytona comes with a clean CO title listing the car as a 1972 Ferrari replica. This example was built on a 1981 Corvette platform. VIN # is RVA69710830201871.

In late 2023 and early 2024, the owner had the motor completely gone thru and refreshed & repaired where needed. Invoice for this work was approx. $4,400 and work included:

10/23 – Replace push rods and lifters, intake manifold gasket, valve cover gasket, oil and filter change

02/24 – Replace headers with new, replace cam and lifters, oil and filter change

– $8,000 PAINT/BODY WORK – Ferrari Azzura Blue (light metallic blue) – $13,000 in UPHOLSTERY – CREAM w/ BLACK inserts

– Reproduction Ferrari interior (Nardi steering wheel, full dash, gauge package, console, seats, door panels) – I always say that when dealing with these Daytona Spyder replicas, the interior moves the car up a few notches. If it looks like a Corvette, the price will be lower. If it looks like a Ferrari, the price will move up. This one has a great “Ferrari-like” interior.

– Kenwood DDX 719 entertainment/communication system: hands-free Bluetooth, Backup camera, AM/FM/Sirius stereo w/ USB-C port

I am told by the owner that this car was professionally built by a shop and not by privateers. The fit and finish, in my opinion, is excellent. I’ve worked with many Daytona Spyder replicas and this one is miles ahead of the rest. There are no manufacturing markings, however the owner believes that this is one of the first bodies produced by the group that purchased the McBurnie molds.

Personal comments – aren’t we all tired of the red and black Daytona Spyder replicas? The Azzura blue is a welcome change.
