Description of 1965 Replica/Kit Makes

MKI GT40 Build Project Auction is for a new base roller package GT40 build project by Performance Fabrication Works. This is not a kit . It's a race inspired design full tube chassis. custom suspension and a fiberglass MKI body. All work done in pro shop. Auction is for everything pictured. Comes with like new wheels and shop tires. If it's not listed it's not included. Our shop is capable of providing turnkey track or street cars however. auction is for project roller only. nbsp;No title or VIN. Engine and gearbox NOT included. Since we've had a great response for a customer car listed previously. we built a roller package for direct sale through ebay. Car is available for show at our facility in Phoenixville PA. CHASSISFull 4130 Chome-Moly tube frame. Designed in Solidworks. TIG welded by certified welder. Drivetrain mounts are for a small block Ford. and Porsche 930 gearbox. With manual steering rack. Aluminum block off panels. SUSPENSIONGeometry designed and tested in Solidworks. Front- Corvette C4 spindles. custom control arms. inboard QA1 single adjustable coilover shocks. Rear- Corvette C5 spindles and lower control arms. custom shock mounts. QA1 single adjustable coilovers. BODY1965 MKI molds used were made from original bodies. Hand laid fiberglass. (manufacturer will not be disclosed) Body is fit on frame with allowances in mounts for final body shop work. Front and back hinge. Doors mounted and swing. Fiberglass seats are not mounted. ust set in place.
