Description of 1994 Toyota T100 |
Up for sale is my old reliable Toyota T100 which has served me extremely and reliably well. I bought this truck a little over two years ago from the previous owner in Grand Prairie, X. When I bought it, he check engine light and the airbag lights were on. The owner told me it has been on for several years and has not bothered him because the truck just runs fine. I drove it down to Kansas City, S where it has been an every other day vehicle. The check engine and the air bag lights are still on. They have not bothered me either. The vehicle runs fine without any issues. The AC blows extremely cold. My 05 Ford does not even blow that cold. The heat is super hot. The 5 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the brakes are good. I had the distributor cap/coil and plugs replaced about 3 months ago. Other than that repair, have not done any other repair on this vehicle other than oil changes because it runs just fine. Get in and go. You can drive this baby across the country with no issues. Tires are about 50 - 65 percent. The tires may need balancing as there is a little shake at about 65 to 70 mph. I don't travel out of town with it anymore, o I have had no reason to do that. There are nicks/scratches/dents here and there, ut nothing that pops out to disfigure the truck. When I bought it, here was no tail gate. I could not find a matching color gate and finally got the blue one as pictured. I had to put dead bolts to lock the gate in place as the locking mechanism on the body of the truck was missing. The windshield was cracked all the way across when I bought it. It has not bothered me either and is still cracked all the way across. I don't think it is visible in the photos. I put in the radio/CD/cassette player from my Camry, ut never got around to having it connected. The connector is in the glove compartment. Also, he auxiliary power connector has never worked. I have uploaded a video at this address "youtu.be/OjPCGbAAfJ8". You can copy and paste the address into your browser to view the video of the truck so as to make a reasonable assessment as pictures oftentimes don't give a complete overview. Winner should bring his/her own plates or can go to the local DMV to obtain a temp tag or a new plate. vehicle is sold as-is. There is no warranty expressed or implied. |
