First, the previous owner painted the entire truck with Bed liner paint. He went to great effort to do this and even removed small parts and painted them separately. :). I stripped one quarter panel to get an idea what is underneath and while there are a few repaints under there, the metal looks really nice. Rear Wheel arches were cut at some point to run taller tires so wheel arch patches will be needed. Diamond plate does not look to be hiding rust and was probably added for protection or looks. The DR side floor board has a piece of tin pop riveted over original metal. From underneath, the original metal doesn't look to bad so it will probably only require a small patch to repair. The bracing under the running boards are rusted a bit. Honestly I don't see any rust beyond some surface rust anywhere else. Very solid Engine is original 1f and seems to run pretty good. Had been sitting for a few years but had no gas in it so it. I can supply an oil bath air cleaner but from a 2 f motor. Original 3 on the tree shifter shifts well and the clutch is strong. I drive it up and down the street pretty much daily. It will have bucket front seats mounted to original frames and a forward facing bench seat. I can add 1 long style rear jump seat in as well.
