Description of 1994 Toyota Pickup DLX |
You are bidding on a really nice and original 1994 Toyota Pickup 4x4 Extracab with 5-speed manual transmission. This is a 3.4 liter V6 model. I purchased the truck about 6 months ago because it was something I was looking for at the time. In particular, this was the truck I wanted when I turned 16 but my parents did not cooperate......so 20 years later I bought this truck to drive around. I am an avid Toyota 4x4 collector and own 8 Land Cruisers.....this truck just doesn’t get driven enough so I would like to see it go on to someone who will appreciate it. Back to the truck. I did not do anything special to the truck before taking these pictures. In other words, it was not detailed or waxed or anything to make the truck appear any way other than how it actually presents on a day to day basis (I did wash it off because the pollen is bad in North Florida). The truck is super cool and has a great ownership history. I am the legitimate third owner of the vehicle. The first owner was in Arlington, TX, and owned the truck for almost 21 years. He passed away and the truck was sold to his neighbor....the second owner. He drove it about as much as I did and only put a couple thousand miles on the truck in about 3 years. I purchased the truck last year and added another couple thousand miles. The truck needs nothing to my knowledge. It runs and drive excellent. It has never run hot or come close to running hot. The air conditioner blows cold and the heater works as it should. The only thing not original is the stereo. The original owner swapped out the factory head unit for a cassette and CD unit. This is actually pretty cool because (1) it’s got the 90’s vibe to it and (2) it comes with a George Jones cassette that belonged to the original owner and works just fine. It’s been handed down with the truck and will be passed along to the new owner. I would not hesitate to drive this truck anywhere. I put a brand new set of BF Goodrich KO2 all terrain tires on the truck. They are 31 x 10.50 x 15’s and they are mounted on SR5 wheels. The SR5 wheels were on the truck when I got it. The truck does not have any unusual smells or anything else. This thing is like a time capsule. I really would like to hang on to the truck but its getting close to the point where it would have to sit outside and I really don’t want that to happen. It was garaged by the original owner, the second owner, and now myself. The paint is just too good to believe. There are a couple of little dings here and there. There is a little dent in the front chrome bumper. The truck has a couple of little minor drips here and there but nothing that has required attention. In other words, it doesn’t burn or leak enough oil to cause me to add any to it. Also, I have a brand new set of OEM Toyota front floor mats for this truck. I have nothing to hide. Feel free to ask my any questions that come to mind. I can send additional photos to interested parties. There is a Toyota Land Cruiser specialist not far from me and I would be happy to have him look it over for interested buyers. I have bought (and sold a few) Toyota’s from all over the country. I can assist you with finding a transporter to haul this vehicle. |
