1973 Triumph GT6 Runs and drives. Has the overdrive transmissions. Has a clear title in my name. The car has been repainted at one time. The interior has also been redone. The car will need some work. I have tried to show in the pictures everything that is wrong with it. The body has very little rust. There is on each side on the lower rear quarter panels some rust at the seams. See the photos. There is also a nickle sized hole in the battery tray. The carpet is removed to show that the floors are good, hey do have a small amount of surface rust but are solid. The doors have a few dings. The wheels are not the correct ones. I do have the stock wheels. A few of the lug nuts are broken. I have a complete set of new lug nuts and studs that will come withe the car. The motor runs great. The transmission shifts good. The problem with it is that it slips out of 3rd gear unless you hold it in gear. The overdrive works. It is actuated by a toggle switch on the dash. The turn signals stopped working. I attempted to fix them with a new switch. That did not work. So that will need to be fixed. Since owning the car for the last year I have replaced the following Starter with a gear reduction starter, tarter relay, sed distributor, attery with a top of the line Odyssey glass mat battery, park plugs, oints, ondenser, oil, uel filter, uel pump. I would love to keep the car. However I acquired another vintage car and can not keep both. Do to limited garage space. Car is located in Seattle Wa. Local bidders are encouraged to come and view in person.
