Description of 1978 Triumph Spitfire

This car is mechanically perfect. Years of work has been put into this car, it took 6 months alone to create the custom wire harness for the car. The great thing about this car is that there is a large forum post about it. In detail, it goes over the numerous months of all the things that were done to this car. The car needs very little work done to it, all it needs is some tlc and it would be perfect. Please look at the images for a full picture of what you are bidding on. I tried my best to display the car for what it is.
The seats have been moved back to make the car more comfortable for taller people along with the shifter and e-brake. The seats have been replaced with mazda miata seats from the donor car and have speakers in the headrest. The steering wheel is new. I still have the original which i will include with the sale, and a box of miscellaneous spare parts ranging from control arms to gauges to mirrors.
Its got a new clutch(you can take off in the car in 3rd gear). The transmission and engine come from a 1993 mazda miata 1.6l convertible. They are in excellent condition. It was professionally done and EVERYTHING runs the way it should. The things that need a little attention. All very MINOR things.
- speedometer is broken. It isn't hooked up to the transmission- the rpm guage takes a few seconds to kick in after startup but works great afterwards!- it has a dashboard crack- interior needs a little detailing- the hardtop needs vibration padding where the bolts behind the seats are tightened
