Description of 1966 Triumph Herald 1500 GT |
Up for sale is a super cool car you won't see too often. Up for sale is a 1966 Triumph Herald that the owner has been lovingly taking apart andrebuilding for the past few years. He upgraded the 1.2L to a 1.5L Spitfire engine. He freshened it up over the winter and she runs great. He was just starting to tackle the electrical when other projects (mostly an amazing BMW airhead) has taken over. If it was me, I'd wire it up with a newer style wiring block for ultimate reliability. I've had severalBritishclassics and it seems the factory wiring isalways the weak point. Body and paint are very solid and presentable butdefiantly a few dings and dents from the years. Perfect driver as she sits right now.Take a look at all pics and planning to add a video to our Enswell Speed & Fab Facebook page soon as well. Quick little lot drive video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hLH8G99zoko Keep in mind that digital always looks a bit better than real life so if you can, come on by to take a closer look. Look at all pics carefully and videos if applicable before purchasing. Unless you are comfortable purchasing sight unseen, please don't bid. I do my best to detect year, make and model based on title and previous owner data. Please ask any question you need prior to purchase. I will be able to show the vehicle pretty much any day. Please feel free to drop me a call or text for more details. No calls from solicitors please. I have sold hundreds of vehicles and motorcycles on ebay and even worked for ebay motors for several years. I am not a dealer but I do help friends and family sell vehicles on ebay. All used vehicles sold in Utah are sold "as is." A $500.00 deposit is required through PayPal and not refundable. I've got a great shipping broker "Big Jim" who is a pro and will help us get this to your garage. As a last resort, Uship can also work well for shipping anywhere in the US or Canada. Outside the country I will assist anyway I can getting to a port and setting up delivery. Any other question call or text: 801-200-6166 |
