1979 Volkswagen ConvertibleSuper BeetleKarmann Werks...last year production car in Germany, and built by Karmann Werks in Germany. Older restoration, interior is super nice, convertible top is great condition, dash his super, all gauges, lights, etc works, neww tires, and battery. Car is 8 out of 10 for condition. Motor is fuel injected and runs great. Only problems there a small crack in paint around passenger fender toward bottom a couple inches long, small area of headliner is hanging down...easy fix, has the typical 40-40 mph wheel shimmy....below/above these speeds are fine, just a fact with every super beetle after years of driving....can easily be fixed with two small bushings in steering linkage. This was my Dads car.........just don't drive it and selling due to his death....He loved his vws. Cant change tittle description for some reason....car does not have 21,000 miles...it shows 24,000 miles, it is an original car minus the wheels painted red, shoule have been grey....this was my Dads doing. Also has a Blaupunkt detatchable face stereo, cd player. Call for questions or concerns 336-972-9735 David.
