1979 Super Beetle Convertible never-beentouched all original sheet-metal, no accidents, straight body.California car until 2011 then driven to Colorado and then garage kept. Everything works on the car, including theheadlights, highbeams, blinkers, wipers, heater,horn, except the gas gauge sometimes sticks and the odometer is kaput. The original upholstery is in decent shape. There is a tear in the driver’s seat. The top was replaced a few years ago & looks decent, but is starting on wear. New Cd player and radio. Ten speakers. Car has beencared for and preserved over the years. The car was repainted several years ago teal,and,except for some minor chips, and minor 3” bubbles by the driver’s side top and door, it still looks good for a driver. All the chrome on the car is in decent shape for its age. The car runs and drives great.Throughout the last years, all the mechanical work was always performed by top-notch professionals at Blazer Automotive in Denver (a classic VW shop). Mechanicals have been really reliable. It is good for a 38 year old car that can be your daily driver, but not a trailer queen.
