1972 bug purchased at Truman Motors in El Cajon CA. I have some original paperwork. I have owned the car for approx 6 months and love the car, but need to pay for college. Exterior is in great condition with no dings, one minor rock chip on the hood. I get compliments everywhere I go. Body is straight, paint is nice, minor fading on the roof and hood. Shaved tail lights. This car drives amazing for her age. The steering is tight, and it handles great. Drop spindles in the front. New wheels and tires, recent tune up with valves adjusted, oil pump lapped. New Weber card, mild cam. Plenty of power! Interior is in great shape with a nice headliner, new VDO gauges, carpet excellent, custom front seats, back seat is perfect. Heater works as it should. Previous owner rebuilt the motor, has approx. 500 miles on it. **Oil pressure is dropping at operating temp to about 15lbs., unsure why. Oil pressure light comes on at this point at idle but runs strong and great. All electrical works, wipers, dome light, all dash works. Vehicle sold as is, buyer responsible for shipping. Reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Unknown exact mileage. One piece windows work perfect. Shifts smooth does not pop out of gear, Purs along at 65mph.
