1971 Volkswagen Super Beetle VW Classic Vintage Much New! Retro Bug Clean Driver

Here is a mechanically excellent VW Super Beetle and a ’71 owned and maintained by VW mechanic. This is a dry climate car so no rust, and a daily driver.

Here is a rundown :

Tires are good- Front tires new 155/60 R15

New Transmission built by RC transmission.

Rims are new Empi 8 spoke and polished

New Clutch

Engine rebuild and detailed

Electronic ignition Compufire

Bosch Alternator

Merged Header 1 5/8 ceramic coated

Hide away muffler ceramic coated

Front end lowered 3 inches

All lights working and all wiring is good

Updated H4 headlights

Fresh oil change

Excellent Brakes

HERE ARE SOME ITEMS WHICH YOU CAN GET TOO WHILE YOU DRIVE THIS DAILY:

Could use new tie rod ends up front. Interior is presentable but needs some attention, ie; no headliner just painted black inside roof. Seats are solid but covers could be replaced. No back seat. Paint job is not a show quality but presentable but not a bondo job and certainly non-rusted. Front end is lower so stiffer than normal as shock travel is not stock of course. No radio and front windshield has a crack. All of these are easy fixes and this is a real attention getter and a daily driver.
