The bad:

The body is good shape, however it does have rock chips, small dings, dents, flaking and peeling befitting a van of this age.

The Propane tank needs servicing or replacing, I believe it has a leak, as a result I don't know the status of the stove, fridge, or sink.

Needs a bottom rear cushion (The cushion over the engine bay) ($100 Foam on Amazon.com)

All the brake pads have been replaced, but I think one of the rotors are warped (would need attention at some point in the future)

Rear AC unit work, but it's not hooked up to the Subaru engine (new hoses from the AC unit to a subaru AC compressor would be needed).

Title in hand. I am also available to answer any questions.
