Description of 1971 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon

I am selling my 1971 VW Baywindow Bus/Transporter because I will not have the time and I need to save my money. This is a tough decision but my circumstances make it necessary. I bought her in March from someone who brought her down from Oregon, and I made repairs and upgrades listed below. She starts and runs everyday, never got to take her on a long road trip.
Registration is up to date, I have a clean CA title, and you can keep the vanity plate plus Instagram account if you want it.
1835cc Rebuilt motor by previous owner (end of 2017) and pistons, cylinders resealed
Brand new rear drum and front disc brakes (shoes, calipers, lines, hardware)
Master cylinder rebuilt
Electrical work, lights work but there is still some rewiring/untangling to do
Stick shift replaced
Some rust work done, rust holes at front passenger, small hole in the center pan, and where the battery sits (could not get a good pic)
Brand new battery
Front cabin bamboo panels and floor mat
