1974 Super Beetle Beautiful Inside and Out

Up for sale is my 1974 Super Beetle. This car runs and drives great.

This car was completed about a year ago but has not been driven more than 100 miles since being completed.

The car has new paint which looks fantastic. The car was completely disassembled for paint including removal of all the glass and trim.

The interior is almost all new including, new seat upholstery from Sewfine, new TMI headliner, new custom carpet with piping, seat foams, and numerous other misc. trim parts. The carpet has been installed with high quality padding for sound deadening and better insulation. The front trunk and rear well are also carpeted with the matching custom carpet. The door panels are new from TMI.

All of the glass is in excellent shape and all the body and window rubbers are new including inner and outer scrapers, front rear and side window cal look rubber, door seals, hood and deck seals, bumper to body seals, and numerous other misc. seals.

The 1600 engine has been removed and completely gone over and has many new parts. All the tin was removed and painted. The muffler has new chrome tail pipes and gaskets. The clutch has been replaced with a quality Sachs brand clutch kit. The clutch and throttle cables are new.

The car has Empi chrome 8 spoke wheels with good rubber.

The brakes and suspension have been restored with numerous new parts including hard and soft lines, struts, shocks, bushings and many other misc. parts.

The car comes with an original owners manual and a nice Porsche 911 style tool kit, as well as its original jack and spare.

It has an Alpine CD player that is not wired up yet but I plan to get that done this week.

This car is ready for someone to enjoy.
