Description of 1989 Volvo 240

For auction is a very nice 1989 Volvo 245 GL Station Wagon with Automatic transmission.This car currently has 278,148 miles.This has been my personal vehicle since 2004 and I had been the third owner purchasing it with 123,000 miles.I have pampered this car since I took ownership.ICE COLD AC and the Heat works great.This car has a CLEAN Florida Title in hand

This car was my daily driver till December of 2012 where it was then garaged and I used for occasional weekend drives after putting classic insurance. The transmission started showing signs of its age back in October of 2012.
This car has a bad transmission.Transmission works but it is going. Will need a complete rebuild or replace with a good used unit.The transmission has trouble in reverse, t is intermittent. Sometimes it engages without hesitation and other times it simply sits there as if in neutral/perk and after 60 seconds it will engage.
I have tons of service receipts for many services I performed myself and from repair shops.
