You are bidding on a very straight and clean 1971 Volvo 1800EThis car is originally from the west coast and is virtually rust free and extremely solid. The car has been driven mostly on weekends over the past 6 years and has always been garaged. A repaint was done about 7 years ago, but looks new with a glossy shine, one of the straightest 1800s I've seen in quite a long time. The grillering is near perfect and all stainless steel on the car is very good with a couple ofdings. Bumpers are also invery good condition. The under carriage, floors and frame are also in very good condition. The trunk had a couple of small holes on the right side, but the rest is in very good shape, as are the wheel wells. The factory wheels are all in good shape. The interior has been professionally recovered to near identical stitching as the original with the addition of the red edging on the front seats. The interior is in excellent condition, the dash and steering wheel are crack free. All gauges work, as do all switches. The car has factory A/C but is blowing warm air and may need a charge. The glass is all in very good condition and includes a factory rear window defogger. The fuel injected engine starts instantly and runs good with no smoke, leakage or blow by detected, doesn't overheat and has good oil pressureThe automatic transmission shifts firmly and operates as it should. This is a very nice collector car that keeps appreciating. Thanks for looking, and happy bidding. Please feel free to message me with any questions.PS. I also have another extremely solid1972 1800E western car with a manual transmissionthat needs a little work for sale also
