Description of 1952 Chevrolet Other

52 chevy fleetline 2 door fastback, etback, ero. Kansas car originally brought here about 2 years ago. passenger floors have been replaced due to an improper repair years ago, ocker panels are clean inner and outer, runk and spare tire well are clean and original, ndercarriage of car is clean all floor braces are solid. Car sat for a while, replaced the fuel tank, uel pump and fuel sending unit. The engine is rebuilt with few miles on it, o smoke cold or hot when started. Complete tune-up; points, lugs, ondenser, otor, ist cap, ires, nd adjusted valves and timing. I dropped the oil pan and all was clean detailed the engine compartment. Most of the bracket and smaller nose pieces were glass beaded while I had the nose dissembled to detail. New radiator, pper and lower radiator hoses replaced along with heater hoses, hermostat. I have new deluxe emblems, ail light bezels and lenses. The seats had been reupholstered before I bought the car. We did strip the car down to bare metal and do whatever bodywork was needed. The car has new front and rear windshield rubber gaskets installed. It has a rebuilt starter and rebuilt 12 volt generator the voltage regulator is also 12 volt. These cars are pretty scarce and I've seen some really rusted out fleetlines listed and sold recently, his car is the better of all I have seen. My son and I have a lot of hours and $$$ into the car, ostly though it was a learning experience for him and I enjoy teaching him. The car does have a new wheel cylinders, aster cylinder, ront and rear brake hoses. I'm sure there are other new parts and work I haven't listed. The drivers door has had the bottom replaced with inner and outer patch panels, t looks OK but I would replace the door if I were to keep the car. The car needs some attention to the wiring or replace with a new wiring kit, t's a pretty simple car so it shouldn't be all that difficult or expensive. I bought this car originally to install a blown 355 Chevy but after seeing the condition and the rarity of the car I thought it best to remain stock. You buy the car that decision is yours; original, ot rod, treet rod? The motor is a 235 cu in and not the 216 cu in. The transmission is a 3 speed on the column. Tires show little to no wear, hrome reverse rims OK for a driver. Missing rear bumper, ave most if not all chrome and stainless trim pieces. I have a lot of extra parts will also go with the car. Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. Good luck in bidding.
