Description of 1958 Ford F-100

Ready to tailgate. cruise. or tow your favorite toy! 1958 Ford Panel (originally from California) completely disassembled and rebuilt in '07-'08 from frame up. Front clip is GM "A" body w/Hotchkis upper control arms. and Impala spindles and brakes. The suspension is RideTech Airride on all four corners with individual controls. The drive-train is all 2000 Ford F150 Lightning! Supercharged 5. 4L engine w/50k miles. a fresh Ford Re-manufactured 4R100 transmission. and a narrowed Lightning differential w/3. 55 gears and traction-lock. The fuel tank has the Lightning dual in-tank fuel pumps. The truck dyno'd at 340 HP @ rear wheels. with the stock blower pulley. The body was soda blasted. epoxy primed. and top coated with base/clear in a 2008 Cadillac Red. The truck came from central California in about 2000. and I have owned since 2003. The body was in very good condition with very little rust. mainly on passenger floor. The exterior sheet metal is all original! All exterior trim was new or re-chromed. Interior features custom front reclining bucket seats with matching rear seats that fold down for extra cargo space if needed. The headliner. ide panels. carpet. and door panels where all completed in 2008. Instrumentation is all Auto Meter: Tach. Speed-o-meter. Fuel. Volt. Oil Pressure. Fuel Pressure. Vacuum/Boost gauges. JVC radio with 6 speakers and amplifier. The truck has power steering. power four wheel disc brakes. power window and locks. cruise control. Vintage Heat and Air Conditioning. Wheels are genuine Ford Racing Chrome Lightning 18 X 9 . with 275/40R18 front and 275/45R18 rear with full size matching spare.
