1981 Porsche 911 SC Targa 2-owner NC Car Air Cooled 964 993 996

The air cooled Porsches have been on trend of climbing in value as of late. And now that Porsche has announced all 911s will soon be turbo charged, t seems the air cooled naturally aspirated cars will continue to climb. This Targa is a 2-owner local car that we bought from a service customer. It just got a makeover with a bare metal respray in the original color. The reason for the new paint is simply because the old paint was just too far gone to keep. We refinished the original Fuchs to new as well. Mechanically it is sound as well. We spent over $3,000 on various "small" repairs to get this one nearly perfect. Things like a window switch, o new front spoiler, o new targa top headliner and roof seal. The tensioner update kit has been done, t has just over 10,000 miles on a new clutch. We have done a compression and leak down test and each cylinder was 10% or less. We have a Certificate of Authenticity on this SC, nd on that, t states that Moss Green over black is the original color combo. The optional equipment was J17 Option Group (fog lights, 6" Fuchs, poiler), eated windshield, nd Pirelli tires. We can confirm that it has the original engine and transmission. This is a very nice Targa in a very unique and rare color. Don't let it slip by!
