GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this beautifully restored 1979 Volkswagen Beetle for sale. With a complete restoration finished in 2014, this Beetle is ready to hit the road for years to come. It is powered by a fuel-injected 1600cc 4-cylinder motor that only has been driven 150 miles since it was rebuilt. Sending power from the engine to the rear wheels is a 4-speed manual transmission.
In 1979 Volkswagen only produced convertible Beetles. The exterior of this cute little Bug is finished in a coat of silver metallic paint that is paired with a black vinyl interior. Like everything else on this car, both the interior and exterior are in exceptional condition. The example offered here features a new convertible top. It is becoming more and more difficult to find good examples of these classic Volkswagens. Many have excessive miles or have started to rust out. The example offered here is a great example of a classic Beetle that has been recently restored and comes with full photo documentation, and all receipts.
