I bought this car based on the fact that is was a running, riving bugeye for relatively short money. It is a great looking car, tarts right up, rives fine. I'm not a sprite guy, o I think this is a 1275cc, ut there is no engine tag. It has a downdraft weber and header, elescopic tube shocks on all four corners, isc brakes and brand new minilite wheels. I wasgoing to fix it up and sell it on, ut Ifound a really nice MGAracer that I want to put my money into. Thishas a FACTORY hardtop and side screens (hardtops are around $1200 alone these days), ide screens are usually around $300-400 for the original factoryweather shields. This car needs finishing. It needs the following: Floors, ewshocks, onnet hold down clamps, eeds the headlight switch hooked up.Greatlittle car, ust needs theright person to take it to thenext level. Front hood is fiberglass, ear body tub is fiberglass (this is a real bugeye, ot a midget). The rocker panels are steel with a fiberglass cover. Doors are steel. Interior is restored and nice, ust needs to be tidied up. Youwon't find a nice bugeye for entry level price like this.
