I have a nice slammed 1948 GMC Model 100 Pickup truck up for sell. This is a project I started but just dont have time to finish. I have most the parts new to put on this truck. This truck has some nice patina to it and will turn some heads when completed. It does have rust spots like they all do which is not been touched. Has rust in cab corners, rear fenders, running boards, and in the floor. This is a long bed truck with all orginal body parts other than tailgate. It came off a chevrolet with matching patina look. This truck is sitting on a S10 frame as low as we could get it. It has the S10 4x4 rear end and does not require wheel spacers. It does have power disc brakes on the front and drums on the rear. Sitting under hood is a sbc 350 engine that runs and sounds good and has a good shifting automatic 350 turbo trans. Power steering is also mounted on this truck. The alum radiator has been moved to behind grill for better cooling. Here is a parts list that comes with truck I have bought NEW: Dolphin White cluster gaugesHeadlight bucket assemblysStainless Rim Ring kitsPark/turn light assemblysTrans floor cover10 circuit wiring harnessLED rear taillights with chrome mountsAll GMC hood emblems (used)Outside door handlesInside door handles and window handles15 gallon universal gas tank from TANKSChrome flush mount fuel fillerNew Sending unitPlastic door panelsGlove box and new hingesand new headliner. This truck has a bench seat from a late model chevy truck. Also has a late model tilt steering wheel. All dash peices are original to the truck. I have a used battery box for it so it can be mounted under the hood where battery needs to be. Gas tank is just mocked up and can be moved if one wants to. Wood panels for bed it not bolted down yet and is just old Barn wood planks. Needs one more plank for bed to be complete. What truck also needs is new glass all around( $350 here on ebay), front bumper, headlight bulbs, and exhaust ran on truck. It has manifolds mounted but no mufflers or exhaust. This truck has been cranked up every few days and rode around the yard. It's sitting on an older set of Chevy Ralley wheels as a good set of 225/75/15 Cooper Tires. All this truck needs is new parts assembled on truck and few other things and it's ready to cruise the roads. I prefer local pickup but will set up shipping if needed. Nice project truck here for someone to complete. I do have an owners manual to go with it and I do have a good clear title with truck |
