Description of 1965 Chevrolet C-10

This is a 1965 Chevrolet C10 Shortbed Stepside in working order (runs, drives, and stops), but needs TLC. I bought this to be a project, but have no time or money to restore it having had a child.
Pictures include the worst area of rust. 2 fender dents. Windshield has a 2 rock chips with no cracks, no other damaged glass.
Electrical (lights) needs attention. Brakes and headlights work, indicators are temperamental (likely a grounding issue). Original radio turns on but will not tune.
The running temperature holds at 190 while moving, but fluctuates between 185 and 195 at idle.
There is a slight run on issue, likely due to carbon build up, but not confirmed.
The muffler has a hole.
The radiator is new and uses electric blowers.
Tires are in good condition (>50%).
