Description of 1950 Chevrolet Other Pickups

1950 Chevrolet Short Bus, Rv conversion.I started this project about 10 years ago, but now it's time to pass along the torch.I found this sitting in a storage yard in the desert deep in Nevada, we towed it to California and started on the long process of making a classic RV to tour the USA in. We did all the DMV work to get it regestered as a RV, it has licence plates, RV reg and is currently non oped. We spent years building it out, but lost steam on it after buying a house. About 10k invested in it. Now it is your chance to finish it and use it.
Upgrades include:-We stripped out the entire inside, insulated inside all the walls and ceiling with 2" R-Tec open cell insulation (the best we could find) and filled all remaining voids with spray in insulation foam.-Oil based primed and enamel coated the interior.-Curtain track and custom black out curtains for the front and side windows.-Kitchenette with: -2 Burner RV propane cooking range. -Duel basin RV sink with covers. -2 way propane/AC RV fridge.-Bathroom with: -Chemical toilet -Small RV shower pan -Plastic lined shower walls (shower plumbing not finished yet)-AC rooftop unit with custom wood interior.-Captains chairs on revolving bases (we purchased these recently and have not fully installed them yet) good condition-Fresh water tank under body ~35 gallon-Omni RV generator with remote start buit in (not wired)-Roof rack-Custom built insulated steel door.-Includes laminate flooring, not installed-Full size bed-Nice after market gauges/dash
-Mechanical: (new items refer to no miles driven since install) -New 5 core Aluminum radiator -New water pump -New thermostat, temp sender and temp gauge -New belts and hoses -New cap, rotor, spark plug wires and spark plugs -New parking brake shoes -New fuel pump and fuel lines -New fuel sender -Modern rear tires and rims on rear x4, tires are almost new -Includes extra rebuilt 350 SBC (new heads, gaskets, valves, lifters, and more) (there is probably more I'm forgetting, I'll add to this post later)
Work it still needs: -finish plumbing -finish interior electrical -front tires should be replaced -carb should be replaced, I may do this before selling, if so i'll change this item) -fuel tank was acid dipped about 6 years ago, but has now sat, probably needs to be cleaned out again. -327 engine smoking unknown milage, comes with replacement rebuilt 350 (I can include some of the rebuild receipts)
