O.K. folks! This is a chance to own a really rare car. Up for sale is two 1933 Desoto Cabriolets. I've owned these cars for years. My intention was to restore one and hotrod the other. I waited too long and now am too old and my health is failing. I will try to explain the condition of each one. I will refer to them as car #1 and #2. The #1 is almost finished. The body is on the frame and the chasis is finished with new brakes, ooden wheels and new tires. The upholstery and top is new. All the chrome plating is done. All the chrome work was done by Pauls Chrome Plating of Pennsylvania. The engine was completely restored by a professional race car builder. Both #1 and #2 cars came from the factory fully loaded with 6 wooden wheels and side mounted fenders. The wheels are the large 15 inches by 6 inches wide. Also has rumble seat with luggage rack.#1 is solid withvirtually norust. #2 is completely taken apart. The body has rust but has nice side mount fenders. All sheet metal is in excellent shape. All parts are available to restore back to original. The only thing missing is one door. I will take good pictures and if you have any questions, ust give me a call. There are only 3 of these Desoto cabriolets left. I have two and a guy from Texas has the other one.
