Description of 1929 Ford Other |
1929 Ford Hi-Boy. Brookville All Steel body. This was the Flagship Hot Rod for Cripple Dog Hot Rods of Charleston, SC. The 1946 Ford Flathead Motor runs perfect. Breaks the tires loose in the first 3 gears. 5 Speed Tranny. Very dependable, starts right up every time and runs cool all day long. Drive this rod anywhere. Flat black paint. Professionally pin striped. This is the only car that Cripple Dog built with the Flame removable hood and custom laser cut grille. Also, custom top made from BMW convertible top material. Very cool. A Hot Rod that impresses everywhere it goes. Dual exhaust system; run quiet through mufflers or run very loud through straight pipes, whichever you choose. I’ve owned this car for 15 years and had 28 other different hot rods during that time. This is the last one. Don’t have time to enjoy it anymore. A one of a kind Hot Rod. Have signed off tag receipt.
