Description of 1988 Ford Mustang GT

If you are looking for an all original unmodified rust free Mustang GT read on. This car was sold new in North Carolina and has been there for 26 years till I purchased it from the 2nd owner this past year. I drove it 800 miles to my home in upstate NY. The paint is all original and has faded some over the years. There are a few small dings in the doors. The body is absolutely 100% rust free! All the sheet metal is factory original with matching vin numbers. The bottoms of the doors look like new. The underside of the car also has perfect original floor pans with no rust anywhere!! This mustang is so clean it still retains it's factory original complete exhaust w/ original dated coded mufflers which are in excellent condition! The transmission and clutch shift perfect and are also all original. The motor is all stock and still has it's original plug wires. dist cap. rotor. coil ect. The only parts that have been replaced are the water pump & smog pump. The radiator and hoses are also original. This car is driven daily as weather permits. The interior is clean. seats have no tears & all the gauges work. The heater core has been bypassed by the previous owner. This car can be driven anywhere with no issues. This mustang is not some hacked up modified put together with junkyard parts car. It is an all original the way it came from Ford in 1988 Mustang GT.
