1977 GMC Sierra Classic 25, 4x4, 400 4bbl,automatic, 70XXX miles, unrestored original. Very well optioned driver quality truck. Runs excellent, starts right up, idles right, runs out very strong, new dual exhaust sounds great, not loud but cackles lightly when provoked...Turbo 400 automatic trans shifts smoothly, power brakes are perfect, drives nice. Interior is near mint, other than a little fading on the door panels, and the headliner being a little saggy, it is all in great shape, carpet, dash pad, seat all in excellent shape, carpet and seat look near new, no fading or stains. Underside is very clean, and has not been spray painted flat black to hide anything, this truck is still wearing original cab corners, rockers, and floorboards....all very clean. Box inside is surface rust only, no pinholes or soft spots, as are the fender wells, no filler or previous bodywork. The body does have surface rust, a rust through in a few lower corners, plenty or scratches and dents, trim is the original yellow stripe, and held on in places by screws, but all there and looks good. Was a farm truck, so obviously has dents and scrapes. Underhood is original, unwashed, and rust free, inner fenders and radiator support all clean. NEW (last week) BFG Mud Terrain rubber front and rear, maybe 4 miles on them, dual glass packs and tailpipe exhaust maybe 2 weeks old. Factory AC (non working) Cruise control, tinted glass (all nice, no cracks) dual tanks, (work, and the guage also)and deluxe int. Tailgate works, but is beat up pretty good, as I mentioned before there are dents, there is rust, speedo quit working on me, but everything else works very well, brakes, lights, signals, 4w, (floor shift works smoothly) battery, etc-----There appears to have never been any bodywork ever done to this truck, looks like a Sat morning head to town for farm supplies truck that was stored in the barn all it's life...but used like a truck...even though you can see yourself in the paint, it shows 40years worth of dings...But not the heavy rust usually associated with these trucks. Was bought new at Redwood Falls, MN, still wears the original metal dealer badges. I'd say drive anywhere, but I do not know that for a fact, and with the way people are nowadays, I do not have faith most can drive forward, much less a 40yr old truck...so use your good judgement---It runs great, shifts smooth, does not overheat or leak anything major, brakes perfect....But speedo does not work consistently, valve covers prob seep some, seals may seep, etc...it has NOT been restored or even gone through for you folks who don't understand old trucks...please move on. Clear title-----Any questions, just ask. THANKS
